By downloading this app to your device and by using our services, you automatically agree to these Terms of Use. The violation of any point of this document can lead to the block of your account without explanation and prior notice.

Usage Policy

All the users are following the same rules described in this document and, therefore, should be self-responsible for the next actions:

The violation of the intellectual property rights of others while using Afean VPN is not allowed;

You’re not allowed to upload and share content that is prohibited by law;

You should not harm, offense or discriminate (based on gender, religion, sexual inclination, race, age, ethnicity, nation, and disability) other people while using the Application;

It’s prohibited to copy, share, use, or access the source code of our Application without prior official permission from the owner of Afean VPN;

The organization or participation in illegal activities is strictly prohibited as well.

Limited Warranties and Liability

By downloading Afean VPN, you agree to our services as is. Our Application cannot ensure the reliability of the system. Due to this, you also agree not to complain against our company for any damages caused by loss of use, data, or profits associated with the operation of the system.

Afean VPN cannot be responsible for the sites and applications that you visit or for your purchases while using the Application. We do our best to make the services of the Application available at any time. However, there are obstacles such as the quality of connection or VPN services that can vary. Even if there is any data accidentally deleted, redirected incorrectly, or not delivered at all due to network issues or problems with the Application, it is not in the area of responsibility of our company. By the way, Afean VPN can limit the performance capabilities of the Application at its sole discretion. 

Afean VPN still can apply amendments to the Application and this document without the notice of users. If you continue using the Application after its update, you automatically agree to new terms of use and are obliged to follow them. We may also suspend operations and services without prior notice.
